Bails Off Studio
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms cover the Bails Off Studio app, its overlays and the Bails Off Pro subscription. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
Bails Off Studio is made and run from the United Kingdom. To get in touch, open a ticket in our Discord.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install the app and use its overlays in your own live streams, videos and social posts, including ones you earn money from.
You may not sell, share or re-upload the app or its overlay graphics on their own, remove or hide the logos and watermarks on the free version, or get around the Pro licence check.
The free version is free to keep and use. Free overlays and exports show the Bails Off logo and a light watermark.
Bails Off Pro is a subscription. It unlocks every overlay, removes the logos and watermarks, and adds new overlay packs while it is active. One subscription can be used on 2 PCs at a time.
Bails Off Pro is sold by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which takes payment, charges any VAT or sales tax and sends your receipt and licence key. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Bails Off Pro page in the app or the link in your receipt email. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy.
Logos, images, names and other things you add to the app stay yours. They are kept on your own computer. Make sure you have the right to use any logo or sponsor artwork you add.
The app works with services we don't run, including OBS Studio, TikTok LIVE Studio, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, Discord and Adobe Premiere Pro. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for changes they make. Bails Off Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
We keep improving the app and may change or remove overlays and features. If we stop offering Bails Off Pro, we will stop charging you and tell you first.
We work hard to make the app reliable, but we can't promise it will never have a fault or work with every stream setup. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
