Privacy policy

Bails Off Studio is built to keep your information on your own computer. This page explains the little that does leave it.

What stays on your PC

Your overlay settings, scores, logos, images, exports and any connection details you enter are stored on your computer only. We can't see them.

What the app sends

Licence checks. If you activate Bails Off Pro, the app sends your licence key and your PC's name to Lemon Squeezy to check it, about twice a day.
News and updates. The app downloads the news shown on its Home page, and the latest version number, from this website. No personal information is sent.
Live connections you turn on. If you connect TikTok LIVE, Twitch or Kick for the follower goal, the app talks to those services (TikTok through Euler Stream) using the details you enter.
Web links. If you use Stream setup › Get web links, your overlays are shared through a Cloudflare tunnel while you have them switched on.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. It doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.

Buying Bails Off Pro

Lemon Squeezy handles payments as our reseller. They collect your name, email, payment details and billing address under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can support you.

Discord

If you join our Discord or open a ticket, Discord's privacy policy applies. Our bot keeps ticket transcripts so the team can help you, and stores a link between your Discord account and your licence key if you verify Pro.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you. To ask, open a ticket in our Discord. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
