Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Bails Off Pro. The free version lets you try the app before you pay anything.

14-day refunds

If Bails Off Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This covers your first payment and every renewal.

How to ask

To ask for a refund, open a ticket in our Discord with the email address you bought with. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the licence key for it stops working and the app returns to the free version. Your settings are kept.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Bails Off Pro page in the app or the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future payments; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law.
